sis the truth. She is a great soul and her energy is so empowering. She been keeping in contact with me from the moment I booked all the way to surgery and after. She gave me a list of what I needed and it was a short list because she had the majority of the things. The list she recommended was not a waste of money at all because it came handy and help my recovery be smooth. She is very knowledgeable and caring.
The one on one was so needed and it definitely made me feel good about the whole experience. I was walking literally 3 hours later after her medication regimen. I only took the hydro codeine once that day. Everything else is what her medication regimen she created which consists of the vitamins and extra strength Tylenol and her electrolytes. She was patient, help me pee, cleaned up after me changes my pads, help me bath, took me to my massages And she cooked for me and got medication for me. The room is clean and had two bed and just perfect for the process.
Everything was factored in her price. It was the best decision I made. Because even though I brought my bf I will have regret not having her not because he is not helpful is because if someone experienced is not by your side, you will end up overworking your body which will makes your process a lot more difficult. I really wanted the oneon one care and I got it there and it made a everything a breeze. She is always here when I need her. She is so experience that legit I have barely taking the medication that was prescribe.
Only the antibiotics and the vitamins. Her food is amazing and healthy but also feed the fats. She is so gentle and loving it made me cry how she took care of me . I am definitely going to miss her when I leave and lowkey want her to come with me. She is everything I asked for and I'm so glad I booked her . I was definitely stressing about recovery care cuz I heard so many stories but nope Elizabeth is everything I wanted.
I cannot BEGIN to tell you all just how AMAZINGElizabeth Romulus with Royals Assist is. This is going to be a lengthy post but I hope this helps some doll in the near future just as it helped me. I found her in one of the surgery groups through a referral. I went to the referral's page to make sure it wasn't a fake profile. Then I went to Elizabeth's page to make sure she was a legitimate post op caregiver with a legitimate business, and come to find out, she was/is more than I could have asked for. I didn't know who would be taking care of me but I KNEW for sure I did not want to go to a recovery house. After our video consultation I KNEW I wanted her and booked immediately. From the time I consulted with her, she had me. I needed to lose a few more pounds to meet the BMI requirements, she helped me with that. Our connecting flight was canceled last minute, and I was bout to miss pre op and could not find another flight, she found us a flight within 5minutes…..FIVE…minutes.
She chauffeured me all around the city and got me ready for surgery. My discounted hotel room was included in her package. I came with NO supplies. EVERYTHING I needed was already waiting on me in my hotel room along with a beautiful welcome of roses, candles, and a greeting card. When I came out of surgery she was there waiting, got ALL my prescriptions. I was in SO much pain, but within afew hours my pain was UNDER CONTROL with her pain regimen. i (thank you Jesus). She cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for me, no salt low carbs. She had an RN/ massage therapist to give me a head to toe assessment EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.She prayed with me. Ran errands. Took me for a ride when I started to feel better. Helped get my fajas, binders, pads, everything I needed. She showered me everyday. Cleaned my wound and changed my dressing, bonded with me, prayed with and for me. Got all my FMLA paperwork together for my job and so much more. I could go on and on because I have so much to say, but Elizabeth is who you want
Going into surgery was a breeze I arrived around 1130 got called back like 1140. The process that took long was seeing the Dr. to talk and mark me up. But then even that was 1,2,3. Finally the anesthesiologist took me to the surgery room. He being putting the anesthesia in me as evident by the burning and you can feel it I said you started already? You could have said something Imao. He laughed. And I was out for count.
After surgery surprisingly I was okay walking and stuff. Just very very cold. Once I got warmed up, the pain started to kick in. Nothing too crazy. But my care taker Liz went to get my meds. She helped me with a pain routines with all meds and vitamins!

Anywho, first day I was walking and looking what everyone said "normal". 1 day post op I was fine walking into vixen like normal lol. Went to get a massage and it was hell.
The lady was nice and she was working with me but compared to Vanny I can tell a MAJOR difference in technique. I was screaming, and her trying drain me made it burn. She open one incision so they can drain. She tried to give me a 15 min massage but I told her I need my full time because I paid for it. She was nice and continued.
She was very informative about compression and faja stuff etc. so I really appreciated that. Left vixen didn't even see my Dr. again or anything but I got over it . I will go back for my paper work.
Liz took me to a faja store to get my second one because the one I paid for at vixen was big and the plan is to alternate and etc.
came back to Myssys Diaz Airbnb and took my first shower ( yes Liz helped me shower too ta We put my new faja on while the other one was getting cleaned. She helped me lotion, trained my sister just in case and yeah that was that. I was going through it with the new faja! all the compression was not it ! I was stiff and super sore.
2 day post op I woke up ate breakfast I tried to get up at least every 2-3 hours, laying down hurts more than standing to me. I ate lunch then went for my first walk it was pretty far but I felt good. Came back to the Airbnb and took my first poop lol. So I think the walking helped r. then Vanny Veras came and changed my life haha & and Liz was here being her supportive self with everything.
Vanny checked vitals and hemo to make sure l'm safe. after Vanny left
Liz helped get back into my stage 1 with all compression and boards and help with everything else ! And yup now I'm here relaxing !
I'II keep an update all the way until I leave but I really appreciate the help these ladies have provided this far. I was supperrrrr scared to trust anyone because of stuff going on I was NOT playing! I literally fell into good hands. Thank GOD!

Made it thru!! 5am was my sx time, I was in sx by 530-6am. pain level 4-5. I am taking pain meds just to keep up on it. I have eaten soup, a sandwich & fruit throughout the day so far. I am draining a lot, I have peed a lot. I have drank beet, orange, pineapple mixed up tht a got from a juice bar. I been drinking pineapple juice, Gatorade and regular water. I've been up walking in circles to keep moving. Happy recovery ladies! My airbnb is great, I'm staying at Nolia airbnb experts, it's equipped with everything I need and more. She has been an amazing host very caring and easy to reach. I'm so thankful to her. My husband although wasnt to excited about me going through this has been an awesome caregiver. I have hired Vanny to do my massages and she has been great also, checking in on me and offering advice(Vanny, that beet juice is bomb).
Liz(caregiver)has been an awesome help with resources and answering questions for me although I didn't get to work with her. Im telling you ladies when you have people who cares about you and your well being, it makes this recovery process a little easier. Happy recovery ladies!

I had the most beautiful experience. I had surgery with Dr.Cannon on 2/22. I got a bbl and arm lipo. My stats are: 5'4 156. He was the absolute best!We spoke for about 20 minutes before. He was so attentive and kind. We made jokes back and forth!He made me feel so confident and comfortable in my choice. I stayed at an Airbnb. And was taken care of by the most wonderful woman I have ever met. Elizabeth RomulusWe prayed together and laughed. When I didn't know what to say to the doctor, she told me to tell him, "make me the best version of myself" All worry left my mind, and excitement came. Just everything. She cooked me breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Even picked up my favorite snacks.
The first and second days were the hardest for me. She and God kept me strong. I'm so delighted with the sister I gained on this journey.I was initially going to do it alone, but I am so pleased I found her. I would have been struggling.I'm glad with my decision all around! Especially having @ elizabethromulus by my side every step!She picked up my meds, brought me shopping, and accompanied me to my post and pre-op appointments. Just had surgery today by nassif I went in at 5:30this is my 2nd bbl in it hurt terribly my first was not this but nassif said he gone take care of me because I came back in didn't gain weight back so I think he was really really aggressive which is a good thing massage in morning my nurse ElizabethRomulus
